Production Feature

l  The hydraulic transmission system adopts stepless speed regulation and pressure control. It is mainly used for die casting, the pressure of die casting is large and stable.

l  Lead melting furnace adopts electric heating mode, the temperature is automatically controlled and has a specified adjustment range, and the furnace heat preservation adopts light and low thermal conductivity materials.

l  Nozzle, mold temperature adopts electric heating mode, temperature control adopts digital display and control, with high temperature alarm function.

l  The circulating water is cooled through the mold cooling channel, and the mold temperature is automatically controlled and adjustable.  

l  The mould adopts high strength and hardness material to ensure the service life of the grid.

l  Die casting machine adopts interlocking safety device, which can automatically complete die closing, die casting, die opening, top out of the working cycle, to ensure safe production.

l  Electrical control using imported touch screen and PLC, program control of the system, and display equipment running status and real-time process parameters;  This can have manual, automatic, automatic control, dynamic demonstration, digital setting process parameters and other functions, so that the operator more intuitively understand the operation method.

Acid Circulation System

The acid circulation system consists of five parts, which are acid storage device, dilute acid conveying device, hot acid exchange device, recovery cooling device and electrical control part.  


Product Feature

l  Acid cycle formed in the battery, can shorten the battery production cycle of 3-4 days.

l  Different number of batteries can be set according to process requirements.

l  Through acid heat exchange, water waste can be reduced and energy can be saved.

l  Replacing the process of trough formation and dry noise of ripe plate can reduce the plant area.

l  Eliminate the phenomenon of falling plate, white board and opaque formation caused by virtual welding in the process of welding.  

l  Sealing negative pressure work, no gas and acid fog overflow, environmental performance is good and no pollution.  

l  The battery formed by acid cycle has good consistency and complete conversion of active substances.  

l  System pressure and acid flow speed can be adjusted according to battery temperature.  

l  After hot acid recovery, it can be filtered and cooled to ensure acid cleanliness and temperature.  

l  The initial capacity of the cell can be increased by 10% by acid recycling.

l  During acid cycle, acid density can be adjusted at any time to ensure electrolyte density of the battery.
